Magneti Marelli Parts & Services, the Marelli company dedicated to the multi-brand spare parts sector and workshop networks, took part in Motortec, the leading trade fair dedicated to spare parts and vehicle repair that took place in Madrid from 20 to 23 April 2022.
The stand (pavilion 7, stand 7B07) was characterised by an innovative image of the brand presented in three different areas.
The first area presented the recreation of a Magneti Marelli Checkstar workshop fitted with the latest diagnostic and repair equipment for hybrid/electric vehicles. The entire Magneti Marelli Parts & Services team is actively involved in developing and promoting the Magneti Marelli Checkstar network with workshops all over the world. During the trade fair, visitors had the opportunity to discover first-hand what it means to belong to the Magneti Marelli Checkstar network and to be part of a team that is always up-to-date, skilled and dynamic.
This area saw the displaying of a range of electric and electronic products, as well as a line of products dedicated to body parts, consumables and mechanics.
Diagnostics: the flagship product on show was the DIV.0, the brand’s new advanced diagnosis system, which is capable of simultaneously viewing a vehicle’s entire multiplex network and identify all possible faults, with rapid navigation between the various units. The area of the workshop dedicated to online demonstrations of the latest diagnostic equipment played host to a large dedicated screen.
Electrics and electronics: featuring more than 24,000 applications for cars and industrial vehicles, the products available from the catalogue represent the best aftermarket solutions for engine control units, injection units, engine sensors, switches, selectors and fuel pumps, as well as a huge range of alternators and starter motors, selespeed systems, intake manifolds and flow meters.
Body parts: cutting-edge technology takes the form of products from Automotive Lighting, a company in the group which is a global leader in the production of headlamps, rear lights, electronics and other lighting components. All the items present in the catalogue (4000 codes) are of original quality and make use of the most advanced technologies and functions, including LEDs, Xenon, AFS (Adaptive Frontlight System), ILS (Intelligent Light System), infrared, SFS (Static Frontlight System) and adaptive LED lights with light guides, and with 3D effects.
Consumables: the range of Magneti Marelli Parts & Services batteries was on show, together with the range of air, oil, fuel and cabin filters, item categories that are constantly expanding in order to guarantee the utmost coverage of vehicles currently circulating on the European market with the reliability of the brand. The stand was completed by a number of samples from the range of headlights for cars and industrial vehicles, as well as standard, flat and twin windscreen wiper blades.
Mechanics: the brand offers an extensive range of mechanical products. The samples on show included a brake disc and a shock absorber, a range introduced recently as part of the line of Aftermarket products manufactured in-house in the more than 15 factories worldwide that supply the main car manufacturers.
A second area presented the latest innovations from the brand in terms of original components, both for the lighting sector and for the racing sector, an area in which the brand is currently represented by the Formula E driver Antonio Giovinazzi, whose image was also included on the stand.
Lastly, a third area was dedicated to meetings; in particular, the lounge-bar area saw a presentation of the most recent principal product from OILTEK, an exclusive Magneti Marelli Parts & Services brand dedicated to engine lubricants that covers more than 95% of the vehicles currently in circulation in Europe with a high-quality range that offers professional solutions for the vehicle repair sector.
In the innovative and welcoming display area, the images of the network and the columns that make up the stand structure were decorated with LED systems.
